Ron is a US Ski Team certified coach, who comes to Norway Mountain with a wealth of ski racing knowledge and over 20+ years of coaching experience. He has coached numerous Central USSA Junior Olympic Teams over the past 10 years and worked with athletes at all levels. He has coached over 95+ USSA Junior Olympic Athletes, a number of state champion high school ski racers in Wisconsin and Michigan, along with having a number of his racers going on to be successful at the college level.

LaMoyne is a licensed athletic trainer and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He has 15 years experience working with athletes in high school, college and professional levels in all sports. He has worked with professional athletes in speed development, strength and athletic performance for both Major League Baseball and the National Football League. LaMoyne has been working in the clinic providing rehabilitation to orthopedic patients with an emphasis on athletes.

Bob Vial

Bob is an International and National certified USSA coach with over 35 years of ski racing / coaching experience. His former duties included program director and head coach for Hurricane Racing Team as well as personal coach for Stanley Hayer of the Czech National Team as he prepared for and competed in the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City. He is currently a USSA National Level 3 Referee and Technical Delegate. To his credit he has over 100 junior Olympians and 6 who have qualified for National Championships.
